Dear KUN:ST artist

my personal highlight last month was the ARTe in Wiesbaden, which successfully resisted the Corona restriction with 4,000 visitors and demonstrated that large art events are possible again.

Our art year 2020 is slowly coming to an end. In preparation for next year we are announcing a change in our KUN:ST shop. The KUN:ST shop will become the KUN:ST salon. And in the KUN:ST salon we will be showing small exhibitions parallel to the gallery program. In focus are small single artist shows and exhibitions, but it can also be a special exhibition with several artists, e.g. on a unique technique such as textile art. All registration dates for 2021 are available. You can find more information on the website and there is also the registration.

With the positive experience of ARTe Wiesbaden our sponsor ARTe is offering another exhibition opportunity in 2020: the ARTe Christmas Special from December 3rd - 6th, 2020. In the midst of the hustle and bustle of the Christmas business, we want to invite our art customers and prospects into an oasis of silence, a place to slow down, to get out of the stress, dive into art and in the beautiful things in life. On this topic we'll send a separate newsletter. Important for all KUN:ST members: for us, the special Christmas price of 595 € (net) is applicable. More comes in the newsletter and can already be found here: Information and registration.

Our general meeting will take place at the end of the month, like previously announced in a rather small format. For those who may not join they can still delegate their voting right to a trusted person.

We are pleased that we see already registrations coming in for the first two exhibitions in 2021, the exhibition 'Die Neuen' (The new members) and the 'Kunstpreis 2021' (Art prize 2021). For both exhibitions we do have still enough seats.
We have already sent out the newsletter for art in a double pack. We invite you to the two show opening next Sunday.

RHYTHM ‘N‘ BLUES – LA VIE EST BELLE

Show opening: Sunday, October 4th, 2020 | 11.15 am

THE NEW (Die Neuen)

Every beginning - they say - has a magic inherent in it. We are welcoming the New Year 2021 in January and with that comes the idea of providing THE NEW members of KUN:ST International the opportunity, space and the time to present their artworks to the public.

Duration of the exhibition: 7th - 31st January 2021
Show opening: Sunday, January 10th, 2021 | 11.15 am

RELOADED

Almost everyone of you knows that I am also a co-organizer of the ARTe art fairs and that ARTe is one of the sponsors of our association (and e.g. provides the booth construction in the gallery in Leonberg for free). ARTe used the corona pandemic and developed a concept for virtual exhibition spaces - and from my point of view not ‘any’ concept, but the Mercedes among its peers. On the basis of this technology, I have advertised the exhibition 'Aufbruch' for our association, for which there is information here and artists from our association can register.

MAN, WHERE ARE YOU? | KUN:ST ART PRIZE 2021

The KUN:ST Art Prize 2021 “Man, where are you?” is again an open competition for artists from Germany and abroad. It feels like our world has not become a better place to live for us humans in recent years. With the topic 'Man, where are you?' we want to motivate artists to participate and invite them to take an artistic stand on the diverse impressions and feelings that arise for each individual in this eventful time with corona, climate change, political decisions, war, hunger or refugees.

Duration of the exhibition: February 4th - 28th, 2021
Show opening: Sunday, February 7th, 2021 | 11.15 am
Presentation of the award winners: ARTe in Sindelfingen, March 25th -28th, 2021
